Refund Policy

Magic Beans and Non-Tangible Items
It is a requirement of the site, if you purchase Magic Beans prior to making a purchase, or that you buy any non-tangible items (i.e. video downloads, downloadable posters, etc.) that you read and understand these conditions. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer a refund for any non-tangible purchase. If you experience any problems at all with your purchase or use of your Magic Beans, please email our Customer Services department with a brief explanation of your problem and we will try our best to sort it as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, grant free access to content as a gesture of goodwill or credit you with an amount of Magic Beans (as determined by us) at our discretion. The onus is on the purchaser to be aware of any limitations placed on downloads by their ISP or any limitations regarding dial-up connections which will not allow the downloading of large files. We cannot be held responsible for things which are outside of our control.

Tangible Items
As part of the distance selling regulations, you are entitled to return any item within 7 days for a full refund. Items must be returned unopened and in perfect conditon as supplied. After 7 days we are pleased to offer a full refund or exchange on any items which are found to be faulty upon delivery. This does not extend to under garments which have been worn. Items that are found to be faulty, should be reported to Customer Support and a RMA will be issued authorising returns. Any returns made without an RMA may not be accepted. Items are returned at the customers' own risk and should be fully insured up to the purchase cost of the item. Upon receipt of the faulty item you will be given the choice of replacement or refund. Any items found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer, subject to a restocking fee.
